Ninety years ago today, the stock market lost 11 percent of it's value at the start of the day, setting into motion the Great Depression. By October 29th, the New York Stock Exchange collapsed. While reports of stock brokers and investors jumping out windows is just a myth, or part of the legend of the Great Crash, we thought we would point out to everyone the panic that happened that week and that we got past it. We are a great country and we will again if necessary.
