In the News

In one of my first posts, I shared that I had been participating in a research study for a drug that was hoped would prevent Alzheimer's.  I was very disappointed that the study ended sooner than expected - it was thought it would go for 5 - 8 years, but it ended before even a year passed. Here is an article about that study and why they ended it:

I am really sad it didn't work out, but since pharmaceutical companies are still working on other possibilities, I told them I would be available for future studies!
